Refund policy

1. Right of Return

A consumer (a private individual) has the right to return goods purchased from the elcro.eu online store within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer (other than the carrier) has physically received the goods.

2. Order Cancellation and Return Fees

The seller has the right to deduct the following amounts from the refund:

  • €3 if the buyer cancels the order before the seller has reserved the goods in the main warehouse and paid for them;
  • €5 if the buyer cancels the order after the seller has reserved the goods in the main warehouse and paid for them;
  • €5 if the buyer cancels the order after receiving the goods, plus the cost of returning the goods in accordance with section 4.

3. Conditions for Returning Goods

When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered.
  2. The packaging must be clean, undamaged, and properly prepared.
  3. The product must not have been used or lost its commercial appearance (e.g. protective films removed, labels damaged).
  4. The product must not have been damaged by the buyer or show any mechanical or other damage.
  5. The returned goods must be complete and include all accessories.
  6. A proof of purchase and, if required, a completed return form must be provided.
  7. The seller has the right to refuse acceptance of the return if the above conditions are not met.

4. Return Costs and Shipping

  • All costs related to returning the goods (including shipping costs) are borne by the buyer.
  • Returns can be made via courier or parcel machine (Omniva, DPD, SmartPOST, etc.).
  • The cost of returning the goods to the final warehouse will be deducted from the refundable amount based on the actual transport invoice.

5. Refunds

The seller will refund the amount paid for the goods to the buyer no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice, provided that the goods have been returned to the seller or the buyer has submitted proof of return.

The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the purchase was made, unless otherwise agreed.

The seller is not responsible for delays in the refund if the buyer has provided incorrect or incomplete information.

6. Limitations of the Right of Return

The right of return does not apply to goods that, under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, are not eligible for return.
