1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the Terms) govern the legal relationship between the buyer and Elcro OÜ (registry code 14386569, hereinafter the Seller) when purchasing goods from the elcro.eu online store.

1.2. The Terms form an integral part of the contract concluded between the Seller and the buyer.

1.3. The buyer confirms acceptance of the Terms by registering in the elcro.eu online store and/or by making a purchase.

1.4. The Seller has the right to amend the Terms at any time. Amendments enter into force upon publication on the elcro.eu website.

1.5. The right to make purchases in the elcro.eu online store is granted to:

  • adult and legally capable natural persons;

  • persons aged 14–18 with the consent of a parent or guardian, unless the minor independently manages their income;

  • legal entities;

  • authorized representatives of the above-mentioned persons.

2. Conclusion of the Sales Contract

2.1. The sales contract is deemed concluded at the moment the buyer confirms the order by ticking the checkbox confirming acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and completes the payment.

2.2. After the conclusion of the contract, the selection of goods, quantity, price, and other terms specified in the order become an integral part of the contract.

2.3. Contracts are registered and stored in the elcro.eu database.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

3.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with the applicable Terms.

3.2. The buyer is obliged to provide truthful and accurate information when placing an order and to pay for the order.

3.3. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the contact details provided in the order are correct.

3.4. The buyer undertakes to use the elcro.eu online store in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

4.1. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods in accordance with the terms of the order.

4.2. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill or to cancel an order if:

  • the information provided is incorrect or incomplete;

  • the goods are unexpectedly out of stock;

  • fulfillment of the order is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.3. If fulfillment of the order is not possible, the Seller shall notify the buyer and refund the amount paid.

4.4. The Seller undertakes to respect the confidentiality of the buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5. Prices and Payment

5.1. All prices in the elcro.eu online store are displayed in euros.

5.2. The Seller has the right to change prices. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5.3. In the case of promotional offers, the manufacturer’s recommended retail prices may be displayed.

6. Liability

6.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

6.2. The Seller is not liable for any damage caused by the buyer’s failure to review the Terms.

6.3. The Seller is liable only for direct material damage to the extent provided by applicable law.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The Seller is not liable for failure to perform the contract if such failure is caused by force majeure that could not have been foreseen or prevented.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8.2. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

8.3. The Terms enter into force upon their publication on the elcro.eu website.
