Delivery Area

Goods ordered from the elcro.eu online store are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Estonia. If necessary, delivery to other European Union countries can be arranged by agreement.

Delivery Methods

• Parcel lockers (Omniva, DPD, SmartPOST);

• Courier service.

Delivery Times

The standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from order confirmation.

If the product is a pre-order item or temporarily out of stock, the estimated delivery time is displayed in the product description or the buyer is informed separately.

Exceptions and Delays

Delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, campaigns, force majeure, or logistical delays. In such cases, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible.
