USB-C Emergency Power

A USB-C port is located next to the lock cylinder, allowing temporary power to be supplied to the lock in order to open the door. This is a practical backup solution in case the batteries run out unexpectedly or a mechanical key is not available.

How Does Elcro LUX Work?

The operating principle of the lock is based on controlling the external door handle:

• When locked, the external handle moves freely and does not open the door.
• After successful authentication (fingerprint, code, card, or app), the handle becomes active and the door opens.

Locking Modes

• Automatic locking – the lock engages automatically 5–60 seconds after unlocking.
• Manual locking – the handle remains active until you press and hold the # button for 1–2 seconds or lock the door via the app.
• Hybrid locking – allows you to set specific times when the door remains unlocked and when it locks automatically.

For additional security, the handle can be lifted upward, which activates the deadbolt.
